The sailing club is volunteer run and as such we have no set opening hours - though all members get a key to the changing rooms and external gates allowing them access to their boat at any time.

The clubhouse and access to the grounds can be used any day, by any members, and often are, however use of the water may be restricted due to our lake being a site of scientific interest. For more details about when you can't sail, please come try us out.

As a general rule the external gates are opened by the first member down, and the main clubhouse by the first committee member. As a rule of thumb you will find someone from the sailing club on site at the following times:

Summer
Tuesday Eve (Sailing / Racing): 18:00 - Sunset
Thursday Eve (Sailing / Training): 18:00 - Sunset
Saturday (On Demand / Training): 09:00 - 22:00
Sunday (Sailing / Racing): 10:00 - 16:00

Winter
Saturday Day Time (On demand): 10:00 - 16:00
Sunday Day Time (Sailing / Racing): 10:00 - 14:00

Saturdays (All Year Round)
We often run training on Saturday, and many members use this day to just come down and enjoy a relaxing days sailing - however as this isn't always every Saturday we suggest you contact us first.
